Returns / Exchanges

Returning products to this store is easy!  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please follow these steps below:

 

Send an email to axelwoodshop@gmail.com with your order number so that we know which order that we need to refund.  Because this is an online store, all refunds will be sent directly to the credit/debit card or Paypal account that you originally used to complete your order.  We will respond to that email as soon as possible and explain whether or not an exchange is required.  In most cases, you will not need to send your product to us and we will simply refund you at that minute.

Once you send your item to us, we will send your replacement as soon as possible.  It is usually sent out the following business day after we receive your item.

 

Our return policy lasts for 30 days.  We will return or exchange any order within 30 days after you receive your item.  Unfortunately, after those 30 days, we are unable to process your return/exchange/refund, so make sure you contact us via email (axelwoodshop@gmail.com) as soon as you can if there is an issue!
